  1. Pour 2 cups flour into a bowl.
  2. Add salt, sugar and dry yeast. Mix.
  3. Add warm water and an egg, shaking it first.
  4. Add sunflower oil.
  5. Knead the dough. Cover and put in a warm place for 1 hour
  6. When the dough came up. We roll it out.
  7. Prepare parchment paper, sprinkle it with flour. Preheat the oven on maximum heat with a baking sheet !!!
  8. The oven is hot. (It is important to place the pizza on parchment and in a hot oven! Trust my experience!)
  9. Quickly prepare the filling.
  10. Sauce, filling - to your taste.
  11. The filling must be completely finished!
  12. Sauce - ketchup + mayonnaise, Basil seasoning, boiled sausage, olives, tomato, cheese, dill.
  13. Gently transfer the parchment with pizza to a hot baking sheet and in an oven preheated over maximum heat for 12 minutes.
  14. The pizza is ready!
  15. The dough is crispy!
