This cake combines the most delicate honey cakes and awesome, delicious cream of cream and cream cheese. The cake is very tender, soaked and literally melts in your mouth. Be sure to make this honey cake with cream cheese cream. I'm sure honey lovers will appreciate this version of it.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine eggs, sugar and honey, mix well.
  2. My honey was thick, candied, and for convenience I warmed it up in the microwave.
  3. Add the butter and put the saucepan on a slow fire or a water bath, heat until the sugar and butter dissolve.
  4. Remove from heat and add salt and soda. Mix vigorously. Honey will begin to interact with soda, and the mass will increase in volume - we take this into account when choosing dishes. By the way, it is better to take dishes with a thick bottom so that the heating is uniform.
  5. We stir until the foam settles.
  6. We cool down the mass. If there is no time to wait, you can put the saucepan in a large container of cold water to speed up the process.
  7. We add flour. First - half, knead with a spatula or whisk, then knead on the table. The dough is very soft, but do not hammer it with flour. I did not use all the flour so that the cakes remain tender.
  8. We send the dough to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, and better - at night.
  9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  10. We divide the dough into 6-9 parts. We roll out each part of the dough, cut out the cakes and prick them with a fork over the entire surface.
  11. Bake the cakes in a preheated oven for 4-5 minutes.
  12. For the cream, beat the powdered sugar with cream until a dense state, the so-called dense peaks.
  13. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth and thick.
  14. We collect the cake, not sparing the cream - we coat it on all sides.
  15. On top of the cake, you can decorate with chopped cake scraps.
  16. We give the honey cake "Coquette" with cream cheese cream to soak for 4 hours, or better - the night.
