Hot sandwiches with tomatoes and bacon

This dish is prepared very simply but is very popular on any holiday. This version of sandwiches resembles a small pizza.

Ingredients

• 5 pieces of gray bread;
• 1 onion;
• 2 tomatoes;
• 100 g of hard cheese;
• 150 g of boiled and smoked bacon;
• 2 g of oregano and basil.

Directions

1. Divide each piece of bread in half and lightly brown it in the oven.
2. Bacon is cut thinner (it is more convenient to take ready-made slicing).
3. Tomatoes are cut into slices, onions - into thin half-rings.
4. Tomatoes are placed on crispy bread, sprinkled with spices, and bacon is placed on top. Next, put the onion and pour a thick layer of grated cheese.
5. The collected sandwich is placed in a hot oven under the grill for 2 minutes.
