Today I made an ice cream cake with just three ingredients: bananas, boiled condensed milk and salty peanuts. And covered the cake with chocolate! Fiction! It's easy and simple to prepare, and it turns out fabulously delicious!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. The basis of our ice cream will be bananas. They need to be cleaned and frozen.
  2. To speed up the process, cut bananas into slices. We send it to the freezer for three hours.
  3. I cook condensed milk for myself on my own - for 1.5 hours it boils over low heat, after which I cool it well.
  4. Mix boiled condensed milk with slightly salty peanuts.
  5. Mix well and distribute along the bottom of the form (the size of my form is 27x11 cm), after covering it with cling film. We also send it to the freezer for 1-2 hours. At the same time, condensed milk does not freeze much, but remains plastic.
  6. Punch frozen bananas with an immersion blender for a couple of minutes.
  7. It turns out a velvety, tasty mass. Try it for sure!
  8. Put the ice cream in the form on top of the condensed milk. Distribute evenly, lightly compact the mass with a spoon and return to the freezer until completely solidified, for 2 hours (focus on your freezer).
  9. We take out the resulting ice cream cake from the refrigerator, put it on the board, carefully turning the form over, remove the film - it leaves well.
  10. To decorate, melt a bar of milk chocolate in a water bath and mix with a couple of tablespoons of sour cream. Pour the melted chocolate from the confectionery envelope (bag) on top of the ice cream cake.
  11. Just imagine - a lot of caramel with nuts, the most delicate ice cream and chocolate on top. It turned out a real Snickers ice cream cake!
  12. It takes longer to wait until it freezes than this dessert lingers on the table. So go cook!
