Icelandic salad is the author's answer of Kirill Martynenko, brand chef of the KREVETKA Seafood restaurant, to everyone's favorite Olivier. You can use tuna or shrimp instead of salmon.

  1. Boil cod and squid fillets or steam, cool.
  2. Boil eggs hard-boiled.
  3. Coarsely chop everything, mix with mayonnaise, season to taste with salt and pepper. Add cubes of salted salmon to the prepared salad. Decorate with red caviar on top.
