  1. Soak the rice for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Pour the pre-soaked rice into a saucepan with water, add the chopped vanilla pod (you do not need to peel). Cook for 45 minutes, until the mixture begins to thicken. If the water evaporates too quickly, feel free to top up again.
  3. Add sugar gradually and mix well the future pudding. Add salt to taste.
  4. You need to cook until the pudding becomes like thick rice porridge in consistency.
  5. Cool slightly. Cover with coconut cream. Serve warm. Divine!
