  1. Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry in oil until soft.
  2. Wash the rabbit, dry with a napkin and cut into small pieces. Fry with the onion until golden brown. Salt, sprinkle with herbs. Then pour in the wine, close the lid and leave to simmer for 35-40 minutes.
  3. Peel sweet peppers from seeds and cut into 5-6 pieces. In a separate frying pan, fry the strips of bell pepper in oil until golden brown, then add the olives and continue to fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. Combine the rabbit and bell peppers with olives together. Simmer for another 7-10 minutes.
