The classic dressing for Waldorf is mayonnaise. You can replace some of the yogurt with it if you like.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients for dressing. Refrigerate.
  2. Place the grapes and nuts on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove any tough outer fibers from the celery stalks. Do not throw away the lower part - peel it from all sides and cut it not across, but along thin strips. Cut the petioles into thin slices.
  4. Do the same with the romano - cut the lower part lengthwise, and the upper part across, into thin strips. Cut the apples into thin strips without peeling them.
  5. Mix celery, romaine and apples, add baked grapes. Add the nuts by crushing them partially with your fingers. Some of the berries and nuts can be left for decoration. Drizzle with dressing, serve.
