We love both chicken and potatoes that are juicy, soft and aromatic.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add 1 egg + sour cream + ground pepper + French herbs + onions and carrots to the minced chicken, chopped very finely in a mixer. Mix, cover and set aside.
  2. My potatoes are good. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. For better cooking and the appearance of potatoes, we make cross-like cuts on each piece.
  3. In a large bowl, melt some of the oil, squeeze the garlic into it, add salt and French herbs. We roll our potatoes well in this splendor.
  4. We cover the baking sheet with food foil and generously grease it with butter. We spread our potatoes. Top with a small piece of butter and the remaining garlic with herbs from a bowl.
  5. We send for about 45 minutes to an oven preheated to 190 degrees. After 20 minutes of cooking, I advise you to turn the potatoes upside down, so that they cook in oil and become tender. A couple of minutes before the end of cooking, turn the potatoes back up "face", sprinkle with grated cheese. It is better to take the baked potatoes out of the oven as soon as the cheese melts, or it will dry out. = (
  6. While the baked potatoes are cooking.
  7. Salt the minced meat. Beat eggs in a bowl (for breading). Rub the lying bread on a grater. With breadcrumbs and flour, the patties are tough.
  8. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan about 1-1.5 cm high. Scoop the minced meat with a teaspoon, roll in grated bread, sculpt a ball, then in an egg and again in bread - and into a frying pan preheated with butter. Fry without a lid over low heat. Turn over many times. Then we put the chicken cutlets in a bowl lined with paper napkins - soak up the fat.
  9. It turns out chicken "Raffaello". =) On top is a crispy crust - inside is a tender and juicy chicken (not fatty by the way!).
  10. Bon Appetit!
