Grilled spicy marinade chicken in tomato sauce with Indian spices and coconut milk.

Ingredients

  1. Pour cloves, cumin, paprika (1 teaspoon) and garam masala (1 teaspoon) into a small skillet. Fry for 1 minute. Pour over.
  2. Crush the garlic, grate the ginger, add to the spices with yogurt and salt. Cut the chicken into 5 cm pieces, grate with marinade. String the chicken on skewers, alternating with lemon wedges and chili pieces. Put in the refrigerator under the film for 2 hours.
  3. For the sauce, chop the onion, garlic, chili and cilantro stalks. Heat oil in a saucepan and add vegetables.
  4. Add coriander, turmeric, paprika, garam masala. Fry for 2 minutes. Add almonds. Add tomatoes and a little boiling water. After 5 min. add coconut milk, simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Grill the chicken (or grill pan).
  6. Remove the chicken and put in the sauce, set aside the lemons. Cook for 2 minutes. Squeeze the juice from the lemons into the curry.
  7. Enjoy your meal!
