The recipe for our kefir pizza, of course, is far from the classic Italian version, but it also has a right to exist, if only because you will prepare this dish in less than an hour: the dough does not take time to rise. But nevertheless, it turns out to be very tasty and airy: kefir and soda do their job.   1. Make kefir pizza dough. To do this, whisk the eggs and salt lightly in a large bowl. Add vegetable oil. Whisk again.
  2. Pour kefir into the egg-oil mixture and mix. Sift the flour and baking soda through a fine sieve into a separate bowl. Gradually add the resulting mixture to the egg-kefir mixture. Knead into a soft, sticky dough and leave for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Prepare the filling for the kefir pizza. To do this, cut the boiled ham (sausage) and tomatoes into thin slices. Grate semi-hard cheese on a coarse or medium grater.
  4. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Place the pizza dough on it and spread with your hands soaked in water to form a thin cake.
  5. Brush the dough with tomato sauce with a cooking brush. Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese, top with the ham and tomatoes.
  6. Sprinkle with dried basil (oregano) and leftover grated cheese. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake pizza on kefir for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
