Krucheniki with pork

Ukrainians have long been famous as masters of cooking hearty and delicious meat dishes. One of such dishes is krucheniki.

  1. Cut the meat into meatballs, with salt, and pepper.
  2. Prepare the filling. Cut mushrooms and peppers into cubes. Fry chopped onion in hot butter. Add mushrooms and peppers.
  3. After 4-5 minutes, pour boiled rice and chopped greens into the roast.
  4. Mix everything. Spread the filling on each steak, roll up the rolls and fix the ends with toothpicks or tie a twine with thread.
  5. Fry until ruddy crust. Then simmer in the broth for 30 minutes. Krucheniki are ready to serve.
