When you want something for tea, you can make a quick lavash roll with curd filling with seasonal berries. And not only with seasonal berries and fruits. This "haste" roll can be prepared with any additives. Do not like sweets, make the filling that is unsweetened to your taste. It is quick and delicious.

  1. Grind cottage cheese with sugar and sour cream. Add white and half of the yolk. Mix.
  2. Cut off all the edges of the pita bread to an even rectangle. Spread the filling up to the middle of the pita bread, leaving the sides free from the filling. Spread the berries on top of the curd filling, roll up the roll.
  3. Put the roll in the mold. Coat with the remaining half of the yolk, you can sprinkle on top with any seeds to taste. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. The finished roll can be served both warm and cold.
