Lean Mushroom Hodgepodge with Lemon

Ingredients

  1. Peel and wash the onion, cut into cubes.
  2. Peel and wash the carrots, rub coarsely.
  3. Pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a saucepan.
  4. Put onion, fry, stirring, for a few minutes.
  5. Add carrots, cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Wash the mushrooms, chop.
  7. Pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan.
  8. Add mushrooms, simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes.
  9. Add flour to carrots and onions and add tomato paste.
  10. Pour in a little water.
  11. Cook for a few minutes.
  12. Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes.
  13. Put them with vegetables, stir, cook for 5 minutes.
  14. Add the fried mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes.
  15. Pour the olives with boiled water, sprinkle with pepper and salt, put the bay leaf.
  16. Cook the hodgepodge for 7-10 minutes.
  17. Wash and chop the herbs.
  18. Sprinkle over soup before serving.
  19. Place a slice of lemon in plates.
