  2. Add to the future lean pilaf cut into quarters of onion rings and fry until soft and golden.
  3. Grate the carrots and send to the onion with mushrooms, stir, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and send to the rest, salt, pepper, add spices, stir and simmer for a few more minutes.
  5. Washed rice spread on vegetables, fill with water (3 cups), and add bay leaf. After boiling, reduce the heat to low and let our lean pilaf simmer for another 20 minutes.
  6. Peeled garlic with whole teeth stick in rice, salt, pepper, and give some time to get tired.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve on a lean table.
