  1. Sift the flour (first take 1.5 cups) into a large bowl, make a depression in the center and pour in vegetable oil, mix it a little with flour and add soda water and a pinch of salt. Mix well and knead the dough, add more flour if necessary. We wrap the resulting ball in cling film and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.
  2. Then we dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough in the form of a circle. We put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper oiled with vegetable oil. And we send it to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. We take it out, cool it a bit, if desired, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar a little.
  3. There is another option! If you have jam with pitted cherries or with slices of apricot or some other berry or fruit, then you can not grease the surface of the dough with jam or jam, but put berries or slices in the base of our triangle in a row and roll into a roll, as described above, then bake the puffers and, in this version, sprinkle thickly with powdered sugar.
