Light chicken fillet and cheese casserole

  1. Finely chop the pre-cooked chicken fillet.
  2. Beat raw chicken eggs with milk and salt, add black pepper, curry, Italian herbs, fiber.
  3. Grate hard, low-fat cheese separately.
  4. Mix all ingredients, put in a baking dish.
  5. Warm up for 35 - 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, until a golden crust forms.
