Such a mousse dessert made of white chocolate and condensed milk flies off the table in an instant! Just melts in your mouth. The easiest dessert recipe I have ever made.

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  2. Melt chocolate with butter in a steam bath, not forgetting to stir. The temperature of chocolate should not reach more than 40 degrees. Therefore, boil water in a saucepan, turn off the heat and put a bowl of chocolate on top. This way the chocolate will melt properly.
  3. Mix eggs, milk and condensed milk.
  4. Add melted chocolate with butter to other ingredients and beat with a blender until smooth for 2 minutes.
  5. The weight of the resulting mixture is 950 g.
  6. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Pour the resulting mass into the form. Take a bowl or pan larger than the baking dish, pour water into it, and then place the form in the water. Thus, we will bake a dessert in a steam bath.
  8. Cover with foil. Send to the oven for 50 minutes.
  9. Cool the finished mousse dessert made of white chocolate and condensed milk at room temperature, and then place it in the refrigerator to cool for 4 hours.
  10. After 4 hours, we take out the mousse dessert of white chocolate and condensed milk from the mold, decorate with coconut flakes.
