Celery is just a magical plant. It contains so many vitamins and beneficial minerals that many treat it as a medicine. Moreover, in petiole celery, all this wealth is three times more than in root celery. It's also just delicious, fresh, juicy and crunchy!

  1. Rinse the celery thoroughly, remove dried parts. Cut at the petioles from the wide lower end in a piece 7 cm long - you will get a kind of spoons.
  2. Finely chop two of the remaining petioles, use the rest for cooking other dishes.
  3. Peel the carrots and garlic. Cut the carrots into very small cubes or grate. Chop the garlic. Chop the pine nuts into crumbs with a knife.
  4. Combine chopped vegetables and nuts with yogurt, season with cumin, salt and pepper.
  5. Divide the prepared mixture on celery spoons and refrigerate until serving.
