Pasta with Parmesan sauce perfectly diversifies the menu of Italian cuisine lovers. For this dish, linguine is used - flat spaghetti-type pasta.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil linguini or spaghetti in lightly salted water until tender, according to package instructions. Meanwhile, heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Prepare pasta sauce. Add the green onion, ginger, basil, and cayenne to the heated skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are soft, about 3 to 4 minutes. Then put the chopped garlic into the pan and cook, stirring, for about 1 minute (the garlic should only give off its aroma).
  3. Throw linguine (spaghetti) into a colander, let the water drain, and then transfer the products to the pan, mix well.
  4. Serve pasta with sauce in a serving bowl, sprinkled with parmesan.
