  1. Beat moderately cold butter with sugar until fluffy. Introduce the eggs one at a time, stirring each time until smooth.
  2. Sift flour with baking powder and cinnamon. Add flour and ground nuts to the oil mixture, knead a thick enough, but nevertheless pasty dough. Don't overdo it with flour! We wrap the finished dough in foil and send it to the refrigerator for at least an hour, or overnight.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured table. Do not roll too thin. Cut out 60 circles with molds, in half of them you need to make a hole in the center.
  4. We bake for about 12 minutes at 190 degrees. The edges of the cookies should be browned. Cool the finished cookies on a wire rack, glue them in pairs with jam and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
