Cheesecakes with semolina - this is a wonderful breakfast, delicious and filling. For this simple recipe, you will need cottage cheese, eggs, semolina, sugar, and raisins. These ingredients are in almost every kitchen and it takes very little time to cook cheesecakes.

  1. Grate cheese with egg and 2 tbsp. l. manki. Leave the mass for 15-20 minutes to swell the semolina.
  2. Wash the raisins and dry.
  3. Add vanilla, a pinch of salt, sugar, and raisins to the cheese mass and knead the dough.
  4. Form cheese balls, press them a little, and roll in semolina.
  5. Fry over medium heat in oil.
  6. We serve the best cheesecakes with semolina with fruit, sour cream, and jam.
