Mackerel and apple tartines

A great snack for any celebration or buffet. You can also try serving fish on wheat bread without using vodka.

Ingredients

  1. Cut the mackerel into fillets, cut the fillets into pieces with a side of 2 cm.Mix the vodka, sugar and pepper, sprinkle the fish with this mixture, cover with foil and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  2. Soften the butter at room temperature. Chop the dill very finely. Pour coriander into a dry frying pan, fry over low heat, shaking the pan, 2-3 minutes. Then grind in a mortar. Mix all ingredients with butter.
  3. Cut the apple lengthwise into eight wedges, and remove the core. Cut each wedge into thin slices, drizzle with lemon juice to keep the apple slices from darkening.
  4. Cut each piece of bread into quarters. Brush the bread with fragrant butter, place the mackerel on top, put a few apple slices on it, season with pepper and serve.
