Mackerel ceviche with tomatoes

A spicy fish appetizer in which the fish is marinated in citrus juice with cilantro and chili. Fish lovers will love it!

  1. Mackerel should be gutted and milled. Cut the fillet into 2 cm pieces.
  2. Squeeze citrus fruit juice and marinate fish pieces in juice. Send to refrigerator for 1 hour. Stir several times.
  3. Slice the onion, chop the cilantro and chili. Remove the mackerel from the refrigerator, season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in herbs and pepper.
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and add to the ceviche. Season with oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
