Mannik with Persimmon in a Slow Cooker

You can cook manna without persimmons, I just had one beautiful one, which I decided to use in cooking.

  1. Pour semolina porridge with kefir or yogurt, stir and set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar. Add flour, cottage cheese, vanilla extract and baking powder. Toss with semolina and persimmon puree. My persimmon was fleshy, not runny, so I added a little water.
  3. Grease a bowl of a multicooker with butter, pour the dough into it and set the DESSERT mode to 140 degrees for 60 minutes. Cook with the lid closed.
