Marinade for fish skewers

Soft marinade for fish with lemon and garlic.

Ingredients

• For 0.5 kg of fish:
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Garlic - 1 clove
• Lemon - 0.5 pcs.
• Dill - 0.5 bunch
• Olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon
• Salt - 0.5 tsp
• Ground white pepper - 0.25-0.5 tsp

Directions

1. Peel the onion, cut into rings.
2. Peel the garlic, finely chop (or crush with a garlic press).
3. Chop the dill.
4. Mix onion, garlic, dill. Add salt, pepper, olive oil.
5. When the rest of the ingredients are mixed, cut the lemon into thin slices.
6. Add the lemon to the marinade and immediately put the prepared pieces of fish into the marinade.
