Sometimes you want to do something unusual for dinner, for example, instead of a regular dish on a plate, prepare a fast food-style dinner.   1. Chutney. Cut the zucchini, peeled apples, tomatoes and onions into small cubes. Peel and grate the ginger and garlic.   4. Peel and cut the red onion into thin half rings. Pour in vinegar, add a little salt and leave for at least 30 minutes. Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into thin slices.
  5. Yogurt sauce. Separate the mint leaves from the stems and chop finely. Mix with yogurt and olive oil, pepper well and season with salt.
  6. Preheat a skillet or grill pan, lightly brush with oil. Grill the steaks for 6-8 minutes. on each side, to the desired degree of doneness. Transfer the finished steaks to a plate, cover with foil and let them rest. Then cut into thin slices.
