  1. Prepare the required ingredients. Rice must be rinsed in several waters in advance until transparent, and then filled with cold water for 15 minutes. Place on a sieve.
  2. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, heat the oil and fry the cumin seeds (cumin) until browned. Add the rest of the spices, stir. If you're not into spicy foods, swap chili peppers for dried paprika.
