Meat keto balls with vegetables

Ingredients

Directions

  1. If you have lean ground beef, you need to bring it into ketoproportion. To do this, you can scroll with pieces of lard through a meat grinder, or finely chop the lard and melt it, and then cool the resulting fat a little and mix it into the meat along with the cracklings.
  2. Add the egg.
  3. Grind vegetables (in the recipe - broccoli) - with a blender or a grater. If you are using zucchini, salt them a little in the grated form, and after 5-10 minutes squeeze out the liquid.
  4. Combine minced meat with vegetables, salt and pepper mixture. Knead well.
  5. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  6. Put the round balls in a mold or on a baking sheet (no need to grease). Typically, this amount of ingredients yields between 9 and 12 meatballs, depending on size. Serving - 3-4 pieces.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes. If you want more browning, turn on the convection mode at the end of 5 minutes.
