Yesterday I cooked these cutlets and came to share the recipe with you, all the ingredients are simple, affordable and not expensive. I saw similar cutlets on the Internet, changed a little. Non-onion lovers - dedicated

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil 3 eggs. One raw egg, oatmeal, minced meat (I have 300 grams of minced beef and 200 grams of minced pork), mix the salt and pepper well, form balls (I got 8 balls from this amount, of which only 5 fit on a baking sheet .) Divide the minced meat into parts and roll the balls.
  2. Cut the tomato into slices
  3. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, press the balls in the middle to make minced meat nests. Put a tomato circle in each nest, 1 tsp on a tomato. mayonnaise or sour cream, put half a boiled egg on top (cut down), sprinkle with grated cheese (I have mozzarella, in circles).
  4. Bake at 190C for 30-35 minutes.
  5. If for some reason you do not eat oatmeal, you can skip it.
