  1. Cooking meatballs. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown in butter. Add to the minced meat: fried onions, eggs, ketchup, bread crumbs, sauce, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
  2. We form small meatballs from minced meat. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and place the meatballs in 1 layer. We send it to an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake until tender, about 25 minutes.
  3. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or wok. Finely chop the onion and fry for 5 minutes until golden brown. Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Add starch to cold broth or water and mix well. Change the fire under the pan to below average. Transfer the starch mixture to a frying pan (wok) and mix thoroughly with a whisk. Add salt, sugar and pepper to taste, cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Transfer the finished meatballs to a frying pan (wok) with sauce and heat for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
