Delicious meatloaf in a spicy cheese crust.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1 tbsp. a spoonful of parsley, 1 egg, 50 g of grated cheese and starch are added to the mashed potatoes and mix well. Put the potatoes on a plastic wrap with a rectangle 1 cm thick. Hands can be moistened with water.
  2. Chop the onion and garlic and fry in oil for 3 minutes. Mix with meat, semolina, breadcrumbs, coriander, parsley and egg. Salt, mix well and beat off. Place the minced meat on top of the potatoes in a smaller rectangle.
  3. Roll up the roll using the film. Remove the film, and wrap the roll tightly in foil. Cook the meatloaf in water over low heat for 50-60 minutes after boiling.
  4. Remove the meatloaf from the water and, when it cools a little, unfold and sprinkle with grated cheese on all sides. Put a baking sheet with a roll in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes to brown the cheese.
  5. Cut the cooled meatloaf into pieces.
  6. Bon Appetit!
