As you make this simple dish, feel free to experiment with sauces and appetizers. A bear burger is a great dinner or an excuse to spend the evening with friends over a bottle of beer.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop the jalapeno peppers, chop the onions and tomatoes into rings.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a grill pan, fry the defrosted patties for 6 minutes. Press gently with a spatula to cook the meat properly. Remember that you should turn the cutlet no more than four times, otherwise, it will lose its juiciness and become dryish. At the end - spread the jalapena pepper on the burgers, cover with a slice of cheese and hold under the lid for 1 minute - until the cheese melts.
  3. Heat the buns in the microwave, cut in half. Brush one half with cheese sauce, add some Iceberg, a tomato slice, a pepper and cheese cutlet, another sauce and a ring of onion. Cover with the other half of the bun, secure with a cherry tomato skewer.
  4. Serve burgers with ketchup, fries, and kale salad. Enjoy!
