Delicious chocolate oatmeal muffins with black currant. Berries are a must in the recipes, they give the muffins juiciness. And of course the choice of berries to your taste.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grind the instant oatmeal, not necessarily into flour, let small pieces remain. Stir in sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, baking powder and cocoa powder. Melt the butter. Add eggs, milk and melted butter to the dry mixture. Mix. The dough is watery. Add berries. mix.
  2. Divide the mixture into molds just over half the container. If you use ceramic molds, then grease them with butter, if glass, then you do not need to grease them.
  3. Bake each container separately in the microwave for 1.5 minutes at 850 W. The baking time will depend on the power of the microwave and the volume of the mixture in the pan. You can bake all the forms at once, this will take more time. But individually, the muffins bake more evenly.
