Today I want to tell you how to cook millet porridge with pumpkin. This is a very tasty, satisfying and, of course, healthy porridge, which is usually loved by both adults and children. Repeat after me!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Bring milk to a boil, salt to taste (for example, a pinch). Cut the peeled pumpkin into small cubes and add to the boiling milk.
  2. Rinse the millet thoroughly in warm water, then add it to the milk. Cover, simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Divide the porridge into the pots.
  4. Cover the pots with lids, place in the oven and bake the dish for 30-35 minutes. Put a piece of butter on top of the finished porridge. If desired, you can add sugar or honey, raisins, dried apricots, prunes or candied fruits to it. Enjoy your meal!
