Traditionally, spaghetti is usually served with some sort of sauce. Today I will tell you how to make minced spaghetti sauce - one of the most popular both in Italy and abroad.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet.
  2. Fry finely chopped onion and diced tomatoes for 2-3 minutes, then add the minced meat to the pan (the minced meat must first be seasoned with salt and pepper to taste). Stir and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomato paste.
  4. Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for about 10-15 minutes over low heat until the sauce thickens.
  5. A couple of minutes before readiness, adjust the sauce to taste - add spices, fresh herbs (basil is best, but you can also use another one), lemon juice.
  6. Remove from heat and serve with spaghetti boiled until tender. Enjoy your meal!
