  2. Put fresh mushrooms, peeled and washed, in boiling water for 5 minutes, and then put on a sieve, rinse, finely chop and fry in oil. If instead of fresh mushrooms dry mushrooms are taken, then they must first be boiled, and then chopped and also fried in oil.
