Mini biscuit and sour cream cake (no baking)

A very simple dessert for tea made from dry biscuits and cream of sour cream and condensed milk (mini-cake without baking).

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat sour cream with vanilla sugar and condensed milk for just a couple of minutes.
  2. Choose the form in which you will form the dessert. I have a small mold that fits two large cookies and two halves.
  3. Lay out one layer of cookies.
  4. Pour in a thin layer of sour cream.
  5. Again cookies, again cream. And so on until the cookies and cream run out.
  6. Cover the dessert of cookies and sour cream with a lid or cling film and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  7. Get the no-bake mini cake out of the fridge, cut into portions and serve the biscuit and sour cream dessert right away so that the sour cream does not have time to melt.
