  1. Cooking tomato sauce. Pour olive oil into a frying pan, heat it and put chopped garlic and chopped onions, lightly fry, then add chopped fresh tomatoes, salt and pepper. Stew everything, then punch with a blender, and the delicious sauce is ready.
  2. Cut the zucchini into slices and place in a baking dish.
  3. Grease the zucchini with a little tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated mozzarella on top. Mozzarella can be replaced with another cheese (but with it is softer), and you can take any tomato sauce, even ketchup.
  4. Send the prepared zucchini to an oven preheated to 200 ° C and oven until browning, 15-20 minutes.
