1. Prepare coffee according to your tastes. You can take 3 tsp. instant coffee.
2. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise, grate about a quarter of the nutmeg and add them to the milk along with the rest of the spices and sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Then remove from fire.
3. To the yolk, add 2-3 tbsp. l. milk, whisk lightly, and pour into a saucepan.
4. Add coffee, stir and let cool to room temperature.
5. Pour in the grape tincture, stir, then strain through a sieve and bottle.
