  2. When the butter is soft, stir it with a fork or whisk. Add mayonnaise and lightly whisk everything together until a smooth paste is obtained.
  3. Beat the egg with a mixer with sugar and vanilla sugar. Optionally, you can sweeten the cookie dough by adding a couple more tablespoons of regular sugar, although the amount we have suggested is sufficient.
  4. Beat the resulting egg mixture with a whisk or mixer at low speed, add to the oil-mayonnaise mixture. The result should be a mass of uniform consistency.
  5. Sift all the flour with baking powder and salt from above the bowl with the resulting mass. Mix thoroughly. The dough for cookies with mayonnaise is ready.
  6. Spoon the resulting dough into a bag with a large curly attachment. If its size does not make it possible to fit all the dough inside, lay out in parts.
  7. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and grease with butter. Place small portions of dough on it from a pastry bag at a distance of 1 cm from each other. Bake the cookies until browning for 15-20 minutes at 200 ° C.
