  1. Pour chia seeds with water in the evening and refrigerate until morning to swell.
  2. In the morning, mix the chia jelly with the thick yogurt.
  3. Put muesli, apricot jam or honey in a cup at the bottom of the glass, chia with yogurt on top, garnish with muesli, nuts.
