Surprise the family with a spicy dish! Cook your mussels delicious! Mussels are an excellent food that has not become boring to anyone)) In fact, a very versatile dish: you can serve guests, you can also pamper your family. I learned how to cook mussels very tasty, stew them in white wine with the addition of chili sauce, and appreciated the skill both my husband and close friends. I can safely share the recipe, try it!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Heat a voluminous wok-pan over medium heat (you can also take a regular pan, the main thing is that it is deep enough and there is a lid to it), pour olive oil into it.
  2. 2. Wash the shallots, chop finely. Peel the garlic, pass through a press.
  3. 3. Put onion and garlic gruel into the heated olive oil, add pepper and thyme, fry until golden brown.
  4. 4. Then pour in the chili sauce and cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Now pour the white wine, let it warm up well, then put the mussels, salt, stir and cover.
  6. 6. Simmer until the mussels open (this will take no more than 5-7 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  7. 7. Wash the parsley, dry, chop with a knife.
  8. Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
  9. Bon appetite!
