  1. Mix sour cream (680 g) with a mixer thoroughly with sugar until it is completely dissolved.
  2. Add coffee biscuits to the whipped mass and mix.
  3. We install a culinary ring with a diameter of 18-20 cm on a dish or plate. We line the bottom and sides of the ring mold with cling film so that the ends of the film hang from the edges of the ring.
  4. Put in the form of cookies with sour cream. Level the top and cover with cling film.
  5. We send the cake without baking in the refrigerator for the night.
  6. Cooking chocolate icing. Combine sugar, cocoa and instant coffee. Mix with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
  7. Put sour cream (120 g) in a saucepan and add a mixture of dry ingredients, mix.
  8. We put on a slow fire, stir continuously until the sugar dissolves, but do not bring to a boil so that the sour cream does not curdle.
  9. Remove glaze from heat and add butter. Mix and leave to cool.
  10. We free the coffee cake from cookies with sour cream from the top film and carefully turn it over together with the form onto a serving dish. Remove the ring shape and cling film.
  11. We put chocolate icing on the cake.
  12. We decorate the cake without baking at our discretion, I decorated it with coffee cookies.
