Oat Pancakes with Blueberry and Tiramisu

Pancakes and tiramisu are self-sufficient dishes. But try to combine them and you have a delicious dessert.

  1. Grind eggs with sugar, add warm milk with butter, salt and gently tighten with flour. Bake pancakes on both sides in butter.
  2. For caramel. Melt the sugar over low heat until caramelization, gently pour in the cream, but do not bring to a boil. Remove from the stove, break the egg there and mix until smooth, adding butter. Bring everything to a homogeneous state, salt at the very end. Cool the resulting caramel.
  3. Beat sugar with yolk until smooth, mix with mascarpone cheese and add cream. Sprinkle with cocoa powder on top and garnish with a sprig of mint.
  4. Put the pancakes on a plate on the salted caramel sauce, grease the tiramisu, sprinkle with cocoa and put fresh berries, garnish with mint.
