Is oatmeal boring? How wrong you are! Add fresh raspberries and coconut pulp to the oatmeal and have fun.

  1. Start cooking in advance: chop the coconut pulp. thin slices. Put the cereal and coconut in a bowl, pour 800 ml of cold drinking water. Cover and leave for 8-10 hours.
  2. Transfer the contents of the bowl to a saucepan and cook the porridge over medium heat, stirring frequently, until cooked through, 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add raspberries and yogurt. Stir gently and remove from heat. Leave it on for 5-7 minutes. Arrange on plates, garnish with mint and raspberries.
