Oatmeal cookies with honey

Cookies according to this recipe can be given even to a child for one year, if he is not allergic to honey and citrus. Thanks to the addition of lemon peel, the cake acquires a more pronounced aroma.

Ingredients

• 250 g of oatmeal;
• 180 g of butter;
• 2 eggs;
• 5 ml of baking powder;
• 20 g of crushed lemon zest.

Directions

1. The flakes are slightly dried in a dry pan and grind in a blender.
2. Eggs, soda, zest, and honey are added to the oatmeal and mixed well.
3. To thicken the dough, put it in a cool place for 40 minutes.
4. From the cooled mass mold small loaves and bake them for 15 minutes at 190 ° C.
