A boring breakfast made from simple products that can be prepared in a matter of minutes is an omelet with cheese and fried onions.

Ingredients

  1. Peel and finely chop the onions.
  2. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Break eggs into a bowl and beat with a whisk until firm foam.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and milk. Mix.
  5. Combine the omelette mixture with the cheese. Stir again.
  6. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the onion over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
  7. Pour the omelet mixture into a frying pan with onions.
  8. Reduce heat to low, cover the pan with a lid and bring the omelet with cheese and onions over low heat until tender, for 4-5 minutes (until the eggs set).
  9. Using a spatula, place the omelet with cheese and fried onions on a plate, garnish with fresh vegetables and serve immediately while still hot.
