Omelet with pita bread, cheese, ham and herbs

An omelet with pita bread, cheese, ham and herbs is an incredibly tasty and hearty breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Break eggs into a bowl and add milk. Add salt.
  2. Stir.
  3. Grate the ham on a coarse grater and add to the omelet mixture.
  4. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater and add to a bowl.
  5. Rinse the greens, chop finely with a knife and also send them to a bowl. Stir.
  6. Cut the pita bread into random pieces and add to the omelet mixture.
  7. Mix everything well.
  8. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated skillet. Pour in the omelette mixture with pita bread, cheese and ham. Smooth gently with a spoon or spatula.
  9. Fry an omelet with pita bread, cheese and ham over medium heat for 10 minutes, cover the pan with a lid. Then gently turn over to the other side and fry the omelet for another 5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot omelet with pita bread, ham and cheese.
