Omelet with sausage and instant noodles

Simple and original breakfast with available products - omelet with sausage and instant noodles. Such an omelet turns out to be very satisfying and resembles a tender casserole. Such an appetizing dish is prepared very quickly - in a frying pan. Worth trying!

  1. Also in the process we need boiling water.
  2. Break the noodles (I have 85 g) into 3-4 parts, put them in a deep bowl, add salt and black pepper. Pour about 300 ml of boiling water, cover and leave for about 3-5 minutes, until the noodles swell.
  3. Peel the sausage and cut into small cubes.
  4. Pour the excess liquid from the finished noodles into a separate container (we still need this "broth").
  5. Combine the noodles and eggs in a deep bowl.
  6. Salt if desired (do not overdo it, since the noodles are already salted).
  7. Add about 3 tbsp. tablespoons (45 ml) of liquid that remained after the noodles.
  8. We mix.
  9. Add chopped sausage.
  10. Mix thoroughly again so that the pieces of sausage are evenly distributed.
  11. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. We spread the omelet mixture and level it. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook omelet for about 5 minutes, until the eggs set.
  12. Then cover the omelet with a suitable-sized plate, turn it over to the other side and transfer it to the pan again.
  13. Fry the omelet for about 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
  14. A hearty omelet with sausage and instant noodles is ready. We cut it into pieces and serve it to the table.
